Christianity is a counterfeit of the true religion of the west: Alchemy / Paganism.

"(3) Again, when I said: “In our times, this is the Christian religion which to know and follow is most secure and most certain salvation,” I did so with reference to the name only, not to the thing itself of which this is only the name.

For what is now called the Christian religion existed even among the ancients and was not lacking from the beginning of the human race until “Christ came in the flesh.”6 From that time, true religion, which already existed, began to be called Christian.

For, after the Resurrection and the Ascension into heaven, when the disciples had begun to preach Him and many believed, “the disciples were first called Christians at Antioch,” as is written. This is a list of some of the parts of Christianity which have pagan origins.

Christ	"Chrestes, Chrestos, Chrestians chrestos (Greek) Applied by the Greeks as a title of respect equivalent to "the worthy." Chrestes meant an interpreter of oracles. In the language of the Mysteries, a chrestos was a candidate or neophyte, and a christos (anointed) was an initiate. Christ is a mystical expression for the human inner god, while chrest is the good but as yet unregenerated nature; using here the language of the Mysteries, Christ may be likened to Dionysos, Osiris, or Krishna, who will deliver the suffering Chrest, mankind or Prometheus, in its trial. It is Christos that incarnates in Chrestos. These usages were taken over by the Gnostic schools out of which Christianity largely sprang, and there is abundant evidence to be found among the early Christian writers and the Gnostics themselves that the adherents originally called themselves Chrestians." (Link) "'Christ' is another way of saying Krsta and Krsta are another way of pronouncing Krishna, the name of God…the general name of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, whose specific name is Krishna. Therefore whether you call God 'Christ', 'Krsta', or 'Krishna', ultimately you are addressing the same Supreme Personality of Godhead…" (Link) Hindus believe that Jesus, like Lord Krishna, is just another avatar of the Divine, who came down to show humanity in the righteous way of life. This is another point where Krishna resembles Christ, a figure who is both "fully human and fully divine." (Link)

The Chi-Rho	"Christian monogram and symbol formed from the first two letters X and P of the Greek word for Christ" "Labarum is the name by which the military standard adopted by Constantine the Great after his celebrated vision (Lactantius, "De mortibus persecutorum", 44), was known in antiquity ... two letters indicating the name of Christ by means of the initial letters, the letter X intersection P at the centre" (Link)
God is Truth	According to the principle scripture of Hinduism[17], the Bhagavad-gītā, truth is Lord Krishna Himself. "the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the ultimate abode, the purest, the Absolute Truth." (Link)
Son is Logos	From Hermeticism: "That Light, He said, am I, thy God, Mind, prior to Moist Nature which appeared from Darkness; the Light-Word (Logos) [that appeared] from Mind is Son of God." (Link)
The Trinity	"The term trinity is not itself found in the Bible. Resurrection	The Phoenix Archetype - Yearly cycle of plant life - The sun-god is reborn every day, year & age - Enlightenment = To rise from the dead & gain true free will = Being 'born again' (in the spirit)

The Meaning of Life	Apotheosis. You are an immature spirt, a child of the creator. Your purpose here is to grow up, become moral & virtuous, so you are worthy of & ready for immortality. You are a child of God. If you listen to your true nature, and submit to Logic, your destiny is to grow up into being a god. The Purpose of the Universe is Reproduction: God Is Reproducing, and You Are His Child.
Personal Apotheosis	Apotheosis: the elevation or exaltation of a person to the rank of a god. You have the power to attain personal oneness with God, by your own effort & hard work. You can experience this bliss / samadhi now while you're alive. You don't have to wait for a "saviour" or "messiah" to help you find God, you can do it now by yourself. God already gave you everything you need, of course, because He loves you... "Where is your faith" that you think you need to read the opinions of men to find your personal creator? Constant striving for personal virtue is the only route to Heaven, i.e. freedom from the wheel of incarnation. The purpose of your life is to realise you are a child of God, and to learn to act accordingly .
The Goddess	The Divine Virgin/Mother/Crone, Nature. Complex, myterious, beautiful beyond words. The Enchantress, Maya, Yin. Creator of the 3 dimensions. The source of wisdom, and magic. Ruler of matter & the Earth. Birth & Death, Beginnings & Endings. "Satan", the adversary. Is really the Teacher. There is no evil...
Understanding Evil	The understanding of evil & suffering. Transforming evil into an indirect good, and providing a complete answer to the question. Evil: The Teachings of the Goddess which lead you to Apotheosis.
Reincarnation	Without reincarnation, Nature could not be moral. It gives people all the time they need, to learn all the lessons they need, to perfect their desires. Earth is a nursery for immature spirits. A prison for the criminally insane. You are here because children have to learn self-control before they can enter adult society. It is the lesson & the test, all rolled into one, because the Goddess is perfectly efficient, and ruthless. While you are immature, you remain in the care of the Mother. When you have learned all the lessons she has to teach, you graduate into the care of the Father. To get to the Father, you have to go through the Mother.
Masculinity	Without an understanding of Yang, which defines all the Masculine characteristics, men beome confused about their own nature. Masculinity is virtue. Virtue is masculinity. Yang is virtue. Independence, Individualism, The heart of the father. Masculinity is Yang. Yin and Yang were removed from the west to confuse the sexes, and to destroy philosophy.
Theory of Everything	Paganism understands exactly how the universe was made. There is no mystery. Our benevolent creator made His plan so simple, and so obvious, anyone can see it, if they so choose. The 'Divine Parents' of Nature, the Dao. The foundation of all true knowledge. The Four Elements - The Tree of Life The Seven Days - The perfect form of all matter, ALL created in God's image. There Is No Hidden Knowledge. God Is Fully Revealed By Nature

So you see, the counterfeit is not of the same quality or value as the original.
